As part of the Digital Pact (Bavaria dBIR), the municipality of Poing intends to procure IT services for schools for which it is responsible. The client bears the material expenses of three primary and secondary schools. These are the Anni-Pickert Elementary and Middle School (short: APS), the primary school at Bergfeld (short: GSB) and primary school at Karl-Sittler-Straße (short: GSKS). The schools are run by different school leaders and are each located at their own locations in Poing. The school buildings are not structurally connected. None of the schools have their own contact person or administrator for IT. The responsibility for this lies with the employees of SG Z 2 Information and Communication Technology of the municipality of Poing. The school IT is procured in two (2) subjectless persons: Lot 1: Network technology for two (2) schools (APS and GSB) Lot 2: Server for one (1) school (APS) The service is procured following the previous unsuccessful open procedure by means of a negotiated procedure without participation competition in accordance with § 14(3)(5) in the old version of the VgV.
