Procurement of CI equipment under the project ‘Innovative installation for obtaining green hydrogen through biomass gasification, with advanced filtration system GREEN-GAS-H2’, SMIS 338091 In application of the provisions of Article 161 of Law 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, read in conjunction with Article 103 of Government Decision 395/2016, the contracting authority sets the following deadlines with regard to requests for clarifications: Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates: 18.
