Description

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of works in the field of modernization of the power supply system and research equipment of the Laboratory of Design of Energoelectronic Converters, including: 1) Preparation of design documentation constituting the basis for the execution of works; 2) Dismantling of existing power system components and test equipment; 3) Supply of electrical and power equipment, installation, commissioning, measurements; 4) Disposal of waste generated during the execution of the contract. The subject-matter of the contract shall also include: 1) Performing on behalf of the Ordering Party the notification of construction works necessary for the installation of the delivered equipment 2) Obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the arrangements necessary for the performance of the contract 3) Performing author's supervision over the design documentation by the designer during the implementation of assembly works; 4) The Contracting Authority does not envisage the need to obtain a building permit for the scope of delivery and installation of the test system. If the scope of the construction works designed to be carried out requires a construction permit or the execution of a construction works declaration, the Contractor will apply on behalf of the Contracting Authority to the architectural administration authority for a decision on the construction permit.
