Description

El objeto del contrato es la Redacción del Proyecto Básico y de Ejecución y la Ejecución de la Obra de Rehabilitación Energética, Reforma y Reparaciones del Edificio del Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Granada así como la completa ejecución de las actuaciones necesarias para la Rehabilitación energética, reforma y reparaciones del edificio, incluyendo el diseño último y la ejecución de las actuaciones según la solución técnica finalmente diseñada, así como las pruebas necesarias para su funcionamiento y puesta en marcha. Igualmente formará parte del contrato la redacción de la documentación final describiendo el diseño de la instalación, especificándose la situación final en la que queda el sistema a nivel equipamiento, arquitectura, conexionado, instalación y funcionalidades. El Proyecto deberá incluir el preceptivo Estudio de Seguridad y Salud y el Plan de Gestión de Residuos.
