Purchase of vouchers 2026 - Again
The contracting authority is the sports federation established in 1987 to carry out the national tasks of student sports, with the aim of promoting the health of pupils and nurturing their talents in the fields of physical education, physical activity and sport. In the academic year 2023/2024, the contracting authority launched the Active School trade mark system (hereinafter: Active School Programme), which aims to help Hungarian schools identify pathways to their development in a number of dimensions (quality physical education, quality student sport, motivating environment, student involvement, partnership and communication) and to provide feedback to schools on the quality of their own health promotion activities that encourage regular physical activity, and to make comparable and even rankable schools, thereby helping parents choose schools. The contracting authority intends to provide purchase vouchers for schools participating in the Active School programme for motivational purposes, so that schools/institution maintainers can use them to purchase sports equipment and technical and DIY items for schools to help them with school tasks. Since 2008, the contracting authority has successfully organised a series of school mass sports events called Hungarian School Sport Day, which since 2015 has become international under the name of European School Sport Day® (ESSD). The aim of the initiative is to raise awareness among schoolchildren of the importance of sport and physical activity by promoting the participation of as many primary and secondary schools as possible that undertake to organise at least 120 minutes of active exercise in their own school on a given day. The contracting authority wishes to purchase vouchers for schools participating in the ESSD event series in Hungary. The contracting authority is launching a competition for primary schools under the name ‘Bring it to school!’. The aim of the Programme is to promote healthy lifestyles, sustainable mobility and active transport primarily among primary school pupils and indirectly among teachers and students' parents. The contracting authority wishes to purchase vouchers for the schools participating in the Programme in order to provide motivational tools. Vouchers shall be purchased subject to the following sub-offer: Part 1: Purchase of electronic technical goods with a face value of HUF 50,000,000. Part 2: Purchase of DIY vouchers with a face value of HUF 15 000 000. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the procurement concerns the procurement of multi-purpose vouchers under Act CXXVII of 2007 for all parts. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the total basic quantity indicated is expected to be ordered simultaneously for all lots within 30 days of the entry into force of the contract.
