La présente consultation concerne: gymnase Berges du Lac — Ginko Construction
Réalisation d' un équipement sportif qui comprendra:
— un pôle sport collectif (gymnase) avec une tribune, vestiaires, sanitaires, bureaux, locaux rangement,
— un pôle escalade avec vestiaires, sanitaires, local rangement et bureau,
— des locaux techniques.
Les variantes sont autorisées sauf sur les lots structurels soit le lot 2 gros œuvre, le lot 3 charpente et le lot 6 serrurerie.
Marché décomposé en 15 lots. Chacun des lots fera l'objet d'un marché séparé. Les candidats pourront présenter une offre pour un ou plusieurs lots.
