Description

The rescue department of the Itä-Uusimaa wellbeing services county will request your tender for the seasonal maintenance of eight (8) oil spill response vessels for the three winters (2024/2025-2026/2027). The customer is entitled to an option for the contract for a maximum of the next three winters (2027/2028-2029/2030). The Supplier has the right to increase the price of the offer for option years in accordance with the general index increase. Seasonal maintenance is carried out once a year in connection with the winter docking of vessels. The winter storage location of the vessels must be located in the area of the Itä-Uusimaa Rescue Department in a location specified by the provider. Persons in charge of rescue department vessels must have the opportunity to visit the vessels during winter docking. Seasonal maintenance includes: - lifting of vessels - bottom cleaning - painting of the bottom if necessary (to be agreed with the customer separately) - maintenance of machinery according to a separately defined list (Annex 3) - inspection of liferafts, portable fire extinguishers and fire extinguishing systems - maintenance charging of vessels' batteries and basic heat in the three largest vessels (to be agreed with the customer separately) - winter storage - launching In addition, additional maintenance must be priced for one hour in terms of charge and other compensation. The tenderer must take into account that the warranty of the newest vessel of the Itä-Uusimaa Rescue Department covers the first three years of the tender and cannot be performed by anyone other than the manufacturer.
