The object of this public procurement is the supply of leasing through an open public procurement procedure in which all interested parties can submit a tender. Conducting the procedure provided for in the Public Procurement Act guarantees publicity and transparency in the spending of financial resources, given that any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations, as well as any other entity, can participate in the public procurement procedure.
