Description

Pursuant to Article 64b of the Civil Aviation Act, the State Aviation Operator is an air operator for the operation of special-purpose flights entered in the List of Air Operators of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation Administration under No BG.SPO.N-28 and is required to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the professional qualifications of aviation personnel. Special purpose flights are operated by Falcon-2000, reg. No LZ – OOI. The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a contract for a period of 5 years. The contract has a specific subject, namely training services of aviation training centres. It is necessary to conclude a contract for the maintenance of ground and flight simulator training and professional inspections (training) of 4 (four) pilots-aviation personnel for a period of 5 years, and for initial training and subsequent ground and flight simulator training and inspections of 3 (three) pilots of Falcon 2000 aircraft for a period of 5 years.
