Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) the service of collection and transport of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and separated municipal waste listed in Chapter IV, paragraph. I pt. 2 points 2-5 from inhabited, uninhabited real estate (Annex No 4c) and recreation and recreation houses on which municipal waste is generated (Annex No 4b), located in the city and commune of Szamocin; 2) collection and transport service from PSZOK of segregated municipal waste listed in Chapter IV sec. I pt. 2(2) to (7); 3) pick-up service from PSZOK and management of waste listed in Chapter IV sec. I pt. 2 points 8-13, (including collection of expired medicines from containers located in pharmacies and waste portable cells, batteries and accumulators from containers located in public facilities in accordance with the list set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ. 4) Organizing in each year of the contract a one-time collection of furniture and other large-size waste from inhabited real estate and real estate on which a holiday cottage or other property used for recreational and leisure purposes is located. The collection will be carried out in the form of the so-called. "exhibits", that is, through the collection of waste exhibited by residents in front of the property. The dates for the collection of waste in each year of the contract will be specified in the collection schedule. 5) the establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in accordance with the applicable regulations.
