The works will be carried out in 3 phases; it should be noted that the works for phase 1 (heating) were carried out in 2015. Phase 1 is therefore excluded from this call for tenders.
The overall time for the execution of the works (including the preparation period of 60 days) is 606 days and is broken down as follows:
Period of preparation of the work:
60 days (provisional dates: from the beginning of July 2016 to the end of August 2016).
Period of execution of the works:
Stage 2: 9 months (forecast dates from September 2016 to May 2017).
Stage 3: 5 months (forecast dates from June 2017 to October 2017).
