The operations concern the implementation of interventions in favour of vulnerable social groups by certified Vocational Training Centres (KEK) and certified Specialised Centres for the Social and Vocational Integration of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and of the dependent or dependent.

The operations must include pre-training and training (including theoretical training and internships) for trainees, linked to compulsory employment of at least 15 % of those trained in jobs related to the subject of training for at least 3 months and at least 70 days’ wages (full-time) with integration within 30 calendar days of the end of the training. The obligation to employ shall not apply to trainees who are part of the pure departments of persons with disabilities, dependants or persons in need of dependency, as well as parts of prisoners.
The estimated price of the transactions is as follows:
1. A budget of forty-two million euro (EUR 42 000 000), allocated to the 8 convergence regions (Region Type 1: Crete, Ionian, V. Aigaios, Eastern Macedonia, Thrace, Epirus, Thessaly, Western Greece, Peloponnese),
2. A budget of thirty-six million euro (EUR 36 000 000), allocated to the 3 phasing-out regions (Type of Region 2: Attica, Central Macedonia, Western Macedonia),
3. A budget of one million five hundred and sixty euros (EUR 1 560 000,00) is allocated to the 2 phasing-in regions (Region type 3: South Aegean, Sterea Ellada).
