Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa odczynników, w formie zintegrowanych kaset, do wykonywania oznaczeń równowagi kwasowo-zasadowej elektrolitów oraz metabolitów, przeznaczonych do używania w analizatorach GEM Premier 3500 Instrumentation Laboratory oraz GEM Premier 5000 Instrumentation Laboratory stanowiących własność Zamawiającego wraz z najem analizatorów zastępczych (back-up), kompatybilnych z GEM Premier 3500 oraz GEM Premier 5000 Instrumentation Laboratory oraz udzieleniem licencji na czas trwania umowy na oprogramowanie monitorujące. Przedmiot zamówienia oraz warunki związane z jego wykonywaniem zostały szczegółowo opisane w Załączniku 2A do SWZ oraz w projekcie umowy w Rozdziale XX SWZ. 2. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane wyroby medyczne: a) były dopuszczone do obrotu na terenie RP zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych, b) odpowiadały opisowi przedmiotu zamówienia znajdującemu się w Załączniku 2A do SWZ.
