Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood, nature protection, seed production, meadow and agricultural management, forest cover, incidental use of forest and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in the Gdańsk Forest District in 2026. The order has been divided into 3 Packages /Parts. Detailed description of the order is described in the Terms and Conditions of the Order and its annexes hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"
