Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup aparatów USG i RTG wraz z pracami budowlanymi dla Szpitala Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.

CPV 71320000-7 Usługi inżynieryjne w zakresie projektowania ( dla części nr 4)
Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 4 części:
Część nr 1: Aparat USG typ I i II
Część nr 2: Aparat USG tym III i IV
Część nr 3: RTG kostno -płucny
Część nr 4: RTG kostno-płucny z pracami budowlanymi
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający wymagania Zamawiającego, ilości, zawarte są w zał. nr 1A do SWZ – Formularz cenowy oraz w zał. nr 1B do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), który Wykonawca załącza do oferty. Wykonawca wypełniając wskazane pozycje potwierdza spełnianie wymagań określonych przez Zamawiającego. Zakres prac budowlanych, stanowiący element przedmiotu zamówienia, w części nr 4 określa projekt umowy.
