Development services of the Construction Sector Development Information System (hereinafter referred to as “CEDIS”) software application (hereinafter referred to as “PDS”), consisting of outsourced CEDIS software application services, which are provided at the hourly rate of one expert of the Service Provider indicated in the tender in case of orders from the Contracting Authority according to the actual time spent on providing these services, agreed with the Contracting Authority, packages of CED development services at the agreed rate and support of the Pantera CRM Framework licence used.
