Description

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation (or project documentation), the subject of which is the removal of the existing building of the multifunctional house and the subsequent construction of the building of the new multifunctional house Lidická 1864/18, in accordance with the prepared architectural study, which forms Annex 3 to the tender documentation, at a level and quality that will allow proper preparation of the construction in accordance with the relevant legislation (the requirements for the individual stages of the project documentation are specified in Annex 1 to the tender documentation). The building of the new multifunctional building has 2 wings, street and courtyard, 1 underground and 5 above-ground floors with a total enclosed space of 12 770.80 m2. Part of the building are rehearsals, recording studio, theater backdrop warehouses, workshop and cloakroom maintenance for the Brno City Theatre, as well as commercial space, cafe and 14 service apartments of the theatre. The prepared project documentation will include evidence of negotiations with state administration bodies, opinions, consents, or decisions of the concerned state administration bodies prescribed by special legislation and the incorporation of comments and decisions into the project documentation.
