Description

El objeto del contrato viene constituido por la contratación de los servicios de soporte, mantenimiento, desarrollo y evolución de los Sistemas de Información “JARA Asistencial” del SES, que tendrá entre otros fines asegurar la gestión eficiente de la constante adecuación de los sistemas de información tanto a los cambios estratégicos (nuevas necesidades y mejoras), legales, organizativos, como a cambios tecnológicos. Es también objeto de este contrato el garantizar la calidad de los servicios mediante tiempos de respuestas y niveles de productividad con sus correspondientes penalidades en el caso de incumplimientos. El modelo garantizará además la existencia de un alineamiento explícito y continuado con las directrices fijadas por la Subdirección de los Sistemas de Información del SES.
