Description

Restricted design competition, organised under the conditions laid down in Articles 24, 38, 70 and 74 of the Public Procurement Code, prior to the award of a project management contract for the design and construction of a multi-sports covering complex, avenue de Saint-Pierre, on the Commune d’Espalion.
The estimated financial allocation for works is estimated at EUR 2 730 000 net of tax (July 2011 value). This amount is calculated on the basis of a useful area of approximately 2 511 square metres, including as an indication:
— host/Administration/Service Sector: 195 square metres,
— large multi-sports hall sector: 1 467 square metres,
— dojo sector: 318 square metres,
— shooting sector: 250 square metres,
changing rooms and associated rooms: 181 square metres,
— equipment rooms: 100 square metres.
This operation also includes:
— the fitting out of approximately 2 500 square metres of outdoor peripheral areas (access, parvis, courtyard, parking areas),
— the fitting out of an outdoor sports tray.
Estimated start date of the services: December 2012.
Estimated date of commencement of the works: February 2014.
Estimated date of delivery: 1st quarter of 2015.
