Description

LGE Landesgrundkauf Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania GmbH plans to develop the residential area B-Plan No 14.91.01 ‘Schwerin-Friedrichsthal’ of the Landeshauptstadt Schwerin, with a total size of approximately 24.6 ha. The overall project is to be implemented on a section-by-section basis between 2016 and 2020. However, due to the differentiated ownership structure, the contracting authority reserves the right not to implement individual sub-sections. The urban development plan is final. The development of a first section is expected to start in spring 2016. The call for planning services for HOAI Part 3 Section 4 Transport installations and Part 3, Section 3 of civil engineering works is carried out gradually (LPH. 1 to 4 for the whole project. LPH. 5 to 9 and local building supervision according to the timing of the respective construction stages). The total development costs are currently estimated at around EUR 4400000 (gross).
