Description

Der Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg plant die Beschaffung von zwei neuen LKW/MZF mit Ladebordwand; ein Fahrzeug für die Feuerwehrtechnische Zentrale sowie ein Fahrzeug für den Löschzug-Gefahrgut des Kreises. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Ausschreibung im Oberschwellenbereich. Somit unterliegt die Fahrzeugbeschaffung grundsätzlich dem Gesetz über die Beschaffung sauberer Straßenfahrzeuge (SaubFahrzeugBeschG). Allerdings handelt es sich bei den zu beschaffenden Fahrzeugen um Feuerwehrmehrzweckfahrzeuge des Kreisfeuerwehrverbandes Herzogtum Lauenburg. Diese Fahrzeuge sind gem. § 4 Abs. 1 Nr. 8 SaubFahrzeugBeschG vom Anwendungsbereich ausgenommen.
