1. The subject of the contract is: 1) supply, assembly and commissioning of brand new, three pieces of two-station, stationary charging stations (chargers) of electric buses with direct current, with a maximum output of 180 kW (2*90kW) each, and 2) construction of a transformer station with nN 0.4 kV cable lines to power the charging infrastructure of buses in accordance with the design documentation at the premises of the Operator, i.e.: Miejski Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Stalowa Wola, ul. Communal 5, in detail in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 2. The supplied charging stations must cooperate in terms of communication protocols with electric buses used by the Operator, i.e. Solaris, MAN production. At the same time, the Contractor will ensure that the solutions used, in particular charging connectors and sockets and communication protocols, are standardized and widely used, and it will be possible to use charging stations by vehicles of different manufacturers. 3. The Contracting Authority shall require the provision of one common management and telemetric system used in particular for remote management, monitoring, supervision, online data collection, updating, diagnosis and remote servicing for stationary chargers, hereinafter referred to as the System. 4. The Contractor is obliged to provide as-built and operational documentation, which will consist of factory documentation (DTR), certificates for equipment, attestations, manufacturers' declarations or other documents allowing products to be used, partial and final acceptance protocols, protocols of tests carried out after installation of equipment, operating instructions, operating instructions, approved operating instructions. 5. The Contractor is obliged to conduct instructions for the Operator's employees to the extent necessary for the proper use and servicing of the delivery item. The detailed scope of the instructions will be determined after the signing of the contract. The Ordering Party has the right to make changes to the scope of instructions proposed by the Contractor. Each of the trainees will receive appropriate confirmation of participation in the training. 6. This procedure is carried out within the framework of the co-financing programme: Investments: G 1.3.2 Zero-emission collective transport (buses) of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Benefaktor: The "Green Public Transport" programme is implemented by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management 7. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annexes No 7 – Detailed description of the charging infrastructure together with the monitoring system, Annexes No 8 – Model contract, Annex No 9 – STWIOR, PRZEDMIAR, Annex No 10 – POW, PZT, Annex No 11 – DNSH principle – guidelines for the Contractor to this SWZ. 1) If in the description of the subject of the contract the proper names of devices, materials are given to determine the standard and technical characteristics, they should be treated as an aid in the process of preparing the offer. The Contractor shall carry out the construction works covered by this contract in a comprehensive manner, in accordance with the applicable technical conditions, standards, norms, instructions and other provisions relating to performance, including but not limited to: a) The provisions contained in the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (i.e. OJ 2024.725, as amended); b) The provisions contained in the Notice of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 7 June 2019 on the publication of the uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws 2022, item 1225 as amended); c) All applicable regulations and standards and impact on the completeness and correctness of the task and the target safety of use with durability. d) Modern technical knowledge and in a way that ensures the proper quality of these works. 9. The Contractor will bear all the costs necessary to perform the task and obtain the necessary authorisations under this contract. 10. The Contracting Authority recommends that an on-site inspection be carried out at the site of the planned investment, including all necessary inspections, measurements and other activities leading to the proper execution of the construction inventory and to obtaining adequate knowledge by the Contractor, including the objectives and expectations of the Contracting Authority in relation to the planned investment for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.
