Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η μίσθωση λεωφορείων για:
1) τις μετακινήσεις των κατοίκων του Δήμου Παύλου Μελά στα Κοιμητήρια Δυτικού Τομέα που βρίσκονται στον Εύοσμο Θεσσαλονίκης, του Τμήματος Πρόνοιας και Κοινωνικής Αλληλεγγύης
2) τις μετακινήσεις μελών ΚΑΠΗ και άλλων ομάδων του Τμήματος Δομών Υγείας, και Τρίτης Ηλικίας
3) τις μετακινήσεις αθλουμένων (παιδιών) στο πρόγραμμα “Παιδί και θάλασσα” κατά την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο, του Τμήματος Αθλητισμού
4) τις μετακινήσεις αθλουμένων στο πρόγραμμα “Χειμερινές Εξορμήσεις”
5) τις μετακινήσεις αθλουμένων στα προγράμματα Άθληση για όλους
6) τη μετακίνηση συμμετεχόντων σε πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις
