Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of maintenance and maintenance of road lighting located in the City of Zielona Góra within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Road lighting devices owned by the City of Zielona Góra are used. Number of City luminaires covered by the maintenance contract – 6.759 pcs. (including 3,370 LED luminaires and 3,389 sodium and other luminaires), powered by 155 urban street lighting cabinets. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex I.2 to the OTSC and in Annex I.2 A to the OTSC, which contains Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the OTSC. 4. In accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be carried out taking into account the requirements regarding accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users, in particular in accordance with the principles of universal design referred to in the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 13 December 2006 (Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169 as amended). 5. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, consisting in removing failures in the lighting network (cable line) and replacing burned world sources, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974.
