Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide services to support SDIS 62 in maintaining operational condition and acquiring equipment for its infrastructure. It is thus a question of benefiting from maintenance services and managed management of the IT network architecture, fixed telephony and the IT system and storage infrastructure (management, configuration management, installation management, evolutions, incident management and reporting). This contract will also make it possible to supply and integrate new equipment and support services as part of the deployment. The Framework Agreement covers: maintenance of IT and telephone infrastructure; the acquisition of server hardware, storage, data backup, maintenance and associated services on behalf of SDIS 62.
