Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the performance of maintenance and improvement works on rivers in the area of operation of the Sieradz Watershed Board in order to maintain their technical efficiency – consisting primarily in protection against floods and drought. The work will involve, among others, manual shearing of the average density of bushes and plating, hooking the bottom of lichens along with winning and exporting, ordering the riverbed. The contract was divided into 10 lots. The detailed scope and type of works to be carried out under the subject-matter of the contract for individual lots, specifying their location, are set out in the annexes to the FTZ: - Description of the subject of the order, - Location maps, - Model contract. Those annexes contain quality requirements relating to at least the main elements making up the subject-matter of the contract, which fulfils the conditions of Article 246(1)(b) CTMR. 2 of the PPL Act. The contractor is obliged to secure the Nature Supervision consisting in carrying out maintenance works on watercourses in terms of the presence of nests of animals covered by species protection and in terms of the presence of sites of protected plant species. Natural surveillance must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular the Nature Conservation Act of 16 April 2004 and the Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001.
