Description

The municipality of Wanze has submitted an urban development operation file to the SPW. The grant order has reached us and the project described below is therefore subsidized in part by the SPW-Department of Spatial Planning and Urban Planning -Directorate of Operational and City Planning. The project author’s mission is to study and monitor the creation of several spaces located in Antheit, between rue MĆ¢les Vignes and the Wanze omnisport hall,sis rue GĆ©o WarzĆ©e. The full description of the missions is given in Chapter III. The design office will have to prepare the file in accordance with the requirements and procedures and deadlines requested by the remaining authorities. The deadlines set by the SPW (to be adjusted according to the municipal councils and colleges) must be respected. The final statement of work must be available by 15/05/2029. A non-exhaustive information schedule is annexed to the file in order to make the design office aware of the deadlines imposed by the SPW. On the other hand, the design office will have to be vigilant to the problem of soil sealing, water management and inclusive mobility. The works contract to be established will also include anti-social dumping clauses. In summary and not exhaustively, the project author’s mission is divided into 5 phases. The five phases summarised are as follows: - Phase 1: Preliminary project, data analysis and testing, meetings, sketch and estimate and health safety coordination project - Phase 2: Preparation of documents for authorisations (e.g.: planning permission) and for subsidies - Phase 3: Final file and drawing up of specifications and other documents for submission - Optionally required: Phase 4: Analysis of tenders and drafting of the award report - Phase 5: Intervention and monitoring during the execution of the works and coordination of health and safety performance The planned works are included in the urban development file submitted and available as an annex to these specifications.
