Ostetakse üks (1) uus, täisvarustusega madelauto baasil (rattavalemiga vähemalt 6x6), hüdrauliline korvtõstuk, töökõrgusega vähemalt 44 meetrit. Hüdrauliline korvtõstuk on ettenähtud karjääri mäemasinate ja -seadmete remondi- ja abitöödeks põlevkivikarjääri tingimustes.
Pakkuja on kohustatud tagasi ostma hüdraulilise korvtõstuki Oil & Steel Eagle 4426 (soetusaeg 2003 a.) Mercedes-Benz Actros madelauto baasil.
