Description

The subject of the public contract is the construction and commissioning of the TR SPP Cheb substation and its ground connection with the 110 kV line from TR Dvory within the Cheb Strategic Business Park in the form of Design & Build, i.e. the provision of project preparation, engineering activities and the implementation of the construction as a functional whole. The subject-matter of the public contract will be implemented using the Design & Build method, whereby the contractor will propose a complete solution to the subject-matter of the public contract (‘design’) on the basis of the contracting authority’s requirements and then implement its proposed solution (‘build’), while being responsible for its correctness, completeness and functionality.
