Description

The purpose of this multi-awardee framework agreement, as well as the subsequent contracts to be concluded on its basis, will be to carry out project management missions relating to works operations in the field of wastewater sanitation, rainwater sanitation and drinking water supply in the territories of the community of communes Terres d'Argentan Interco and the joint union of drinking water supply of Terres d'Argentan. Recruitment of the project manager involves operations for which the amount of work is estimated at a maximum of € 1 000 000 excluding VAT per operation. The content of the mission is detailed in the Specific Technical Clauses (STC) of the Framework Agreement. Subsequent contracts will consist of project management contracts. The detailed content of the mission entrusted under each of the subsequent project management contracts will be specified in the subsequent contracts. The multi-awardee framework agreement for project management shall consist of one or more of the following mission elements: – EP/DIAG/ESQ: Carrying out preliminary studies, diagnostic studies or sketch studies; – AVP: Carrying out pre-project studies; – PRO: Carrying out project studies; – ACT: Assistance to the contracting authority in awarding works contracts; – VISA: Compliance review of the undertaking’s implementation studies and their endorsement; – DET: Directorate for the execution of works; – AOR: Assistance to the contracting authority during acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion. The additional tasks to be carried out by the holders: - An additional mission ‘feasibility study’; - An additional mission ‘subsidy application’; - An additional mission ‘establishment of a WFD topographical and geotechnical studies and asbestos research – PAH’; - An additional mission ‘establishment of a WFD SPS coordination’ - An additional mission ‘ordering, steering, coordination’; - An additional mission ‘final tests’; - An additional mission ‘information to the public’; - An additional mission ‘establishment of a water law file’.
