Description

Für ihren Hauptsitz in der Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60 C, 30625 Hannover plant die Abfallwirtschaft Region Hannover (aha) auf dem eigenen Betriebsgelände den Neubau eines Sozial- und Bürogebäudes (Kurzbezeichnung: KWA-Z02). Die Kubatur sieht einen 4-geschossigen Baukörper vor. Die Realisierung erfolgt in zwei Bauabschnitten, die nacheinander fertiggestellt werden. Der 1. BA wird der Nutzung übergeben, bevor der 2. Bauabschnitt begonnen wird (Kurzbezeichnung: KWA-Z02).
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der 1. BA.
