1. The subject of the proceedings is the successive delivery of reagents, control materials, calibrators and accessories and other materials consumed together with the lease of analyzers and their connection to the Laboratory Information System (LIS) 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 6 lots: Activity 1 – Biochemistry and immunochemistry: successive supply of reagents, control materials, calibrators and other consumables necessary for the performance of the tests together with the lease of the analyser/integrated biochemical-immune system, refrigeration cabinet, centrifuge, refrigerator and refrigerator with freezer, document shredder and two computer workstations with connection to the LIS. Activity 2 – acid-base balance: the successive supply of reagents, control materials, calibrators and other consumables necessary to perform the tests, together with the lease of an analyser and a computer workstation with connection to the LIS. Task 3 – Coagulology: the successive supply of reagents, control materials, calibrators and other consumables necessary for the performance of the tests, together with the lease of the analyser. Task 4 – Haematology: the successive supply of reagents, control materials, calibrators and other consumables necessary for the performance of the tests, together with the lease of the analyser. Task 5 – Column agglutination test system: the successive supply of reagents, control materials, calibrators and other consumables necessary for the performance of the tests, together with the lease of the analyser.
