Description

Kvæfjord municipality (organisation number 972 417 998) intends to enter into a contract with Norkart AS (organisation number 934161181) for the delivery of an overall professional system that can deliver in all disciplines and supports all necessary processes. The disciplines concerned are property fees, water and sewage, sweeping services, sludge, maps and property taxes. The trade system must be able to be integrated with the municipality ́s finance system Visma and case/archive system, as well as have automatic updating of data from, among other things, the land register and other relevant registers. The trade system must be able to be used online on mobile units and it must be able to use both applicable valuation guidelines as well as the possibility to use the Norwegian Tax Administration ́s basic data. Due to the closure of the municipality ́s existing ISY PA system, the delivery must be carried out shortly. The municipality has examined the market and finds that only KOMTEK from Nordkart AS satisfies the municipality ́s needs and can provide a comprehensive pre-system for municipal engineering services. Our host municipality also runs Komtek from Nordkart AS. We intend to enter into a contract with Nordkart AS within a short time.
