Description

Dacorum Borough Council are looking to have Lift Replacements carried out at Betty Patterson House, Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted Sports Centre, Berkhamsted. The contract is a one off piece of work and would expect this to take no longer than 3 months from start date.
The work will be broken into 2 lots, Betty Patterson House in Hemel Hempstead (Lot 1) and Berkhamsted Sports Centre, Lot 2.
Tenderers will be able to bid for both Lots or choose to bid for just one of the Lots. The Council will evaluate both lots separately so they could be awarded to one Contractor or split up between 2 Contractors.
