The subject of the contract is the felling and cleaning of trees and shrubs in areas covered by decisions on environmental conditions and location decisions for the implementation of 3 strategic investments: Construction of the 400 kV Choczewo line – incision of the Słupsk - Żarnowiec line; Construction of the 400 kV Choczewo line – incision of the Grudziądz Węgrowo – Gdańsk Błonia line, Construction of a national road on the Lubiatowo – expressway section S6 Task 2; provincial road 213 – express road S6 in option 2. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the total wood product using free technology and cleaning the surface with a saw from unnecessary raids of undergrowths, plants, shrubs and shrubs by cutting and piling or in the case of small areas (up to 2 acres) pushing the material out of the working surface, mechanical grinding of standing trees on crops and young people, dismantling fences and fencing crops. The subject of the contract was divided into lots (‘Package’): Part 1 (Package I) - GDDKiA and PSE Słupsk-Żarnowiec; Part 2 (Package II) - PSE Grudziądz - Węgrowo; The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages (Parts). The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of works provided for in the FTZ for this Package. 2) The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract, the standard of work technology, a description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works and descriptions of codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject-matter of the contract are described in Annex 1 and 2 to the FTZ. (3) The material ranges set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are indicative. 4) The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Choczewo Commune. 5) The works included in the subject of the contract will be carried out in the area excluded from the management board of the Choczewo Forest District.
