The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the protection of persons and property in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 1995) and the Act of 24 May 2013 on measures of direct coercion and firearms (i.e. of Laws 2024, item 383, as amended), consisting of: a) permanent direct physical protection performed by employees not included in the list of qualified physical protection employees, b) monitoring of the intrusion and assault signalling system (for parts 1, 3, 6, 7, 8,), c) monitoring of the intrusion and assault signalling system by an armed intervention station (parts 2, 4, 5, 9, 10), d) monitoring of fire alarm control panels in the indicated locations, e) ramps of two-person Intervention Groups equipped with firearms (parts 2, 4, 5, 9 and 10), f) ramps of Intervention Patrols, g) maintenance of intrusion and assault systems, fire alarm systems, smoke extraction systems, fire locks of access control systems controlled by the SSP in the indicated locations.
