The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase and supply of 9 655 m³ of JET A-1 aviation fuel to the storage tanks of the Fuel Base No 19 OLPP Sp. z o.o. in Grabownie Wielki (Grabowno Wielkie, 56-416 Twardo Góra) in order for the Contracting Authority to comply with Article 3. 2 point 2 of the Act of 16.2.2007 on stocks of crude oil, petroleum products and natural gas and rules of procedure in the event of threats to the state’s fuel security and disruptions on the oil market (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014, item 1695, as amended).
