Description

The acquisition is based on needs communicated by the beneficiary military unit for the modernization of the communication and IT infrastructure of U.M. 01218 Timişoara.
. The procurement is intended to award a works contract for the realization of structured cabling, namely the realization of:
- Transport infrastructure for data and telephony networks, closed circuit TV distribution, any type of application on IP prototype ;
- Transport system based on Layer 3 switching equipment;
- Wi Fi distribution system;
- Centralized management system of switching equipment, wireless devices;
- Structured cabling network for various applications.
The contracting authority aims that, following the purchase of the service at the requested location and period, the beneficiary structure within the Land Forces, which carries out both joint activities within its own structure and with foreign partners, can carry out specific missions under optimal conditions.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is: by the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information on an ongoing basis from the date of publication of the contract notice/simplified publicity notice until the 10th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
