Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Die Grundschule Genslerstraße wird denkmalgerecht saniert. In der Schule Genslerstraße wird das 1911 bis 1913 erbaute Gebäude in einem Bauabschnitt saniert. Es handelt sich um ein Gebäude mit 6 Vollgeschossen (UG bis 4. OG) mit Unterrichtsräumen, Fachklassen, Speiseräumen, einer Sporthallen und zwei Haupt-Treppenhäusern ,einem 2. Untergeschoss (Kriechkeller, bis ca. 1,80 m hoch). Insgesamt umfasst das Gebäude knapp 5.000 m² Mietfläche. --------------- Hier: Heizung
