Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Upper Bavaria, (AG) operates the initial reception facility at Garmischer Straße 2-12 in 80339 Munich. The first reception centre is the first point of contact for all persons who come to the administrative district of Upper Bavaria as part of an asylum procedure and serves the first reception, registration and redistribution of asylum seekers within and outside the administrative district of Upper Bavaria. Your stay there is usually a few days to a few weeks. The initial reception facility consists of two parts of the building - part 1 houses the arrival and registration area with offices and some accommodation rooms, part 2 houses accommodation rooms and a canteen. The security service is advertised in two lots, lot 1 refers to the guarding of the office complex, lot 2 to the guarding of the hotel complex. The initial reception facility is a socially sensitive property whose premises and also residents require special protection. The primary objectives of the AG are to ensure the protection of life, limb, health and property as well as other legal interests of the asylum seekers, the employees of the AG, the visitors and other persons entitled to access the initial reception facility, the protection of the premises of the AG and the orderly operation of the initial reception facility.
