Η παρούσα σύμβαση δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα και ανατίθεται ως ενιαίο σύνολο, εφόσον η υπόψη μελέτη αφορά σε αυτόνομο λειτουργικά κτίριο, που έχει ως σκοπό την αποκατάσταση και ανάδειξή του και την αναμόρφωσή του, ώστε να καλύψει τις ανάγκες του ψυχιατρικού τμήματος του νοσοκομείου και οι ανωτέρω κατηγορίες μελετών (07, 08 και 09) στην προκειμένη περίπτωση συνδέονται άμεσα, και οι μελετητές θα πρέπει να βρίσκονται σε στενή συνεργασία και στο πλαίσιο μιας και μοναδικής σύμβασης, ώστε να επιτευχθεί η άρτια, έντεχνη και εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος ολοκλήρωση της μελέτης.
