Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the hire of nine vans with a permissible laden mass of up to 3.5 tonnes, together with a driver and an assistant for the collection of packaging glass in the municipality of Kraków, divided into four tasks.
The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
The place of supply of the service is the municipality of Kraków (sectors No I-V) in accordance with Resolution No LXXI/1044/13 of the Kraków City Council of 10 April 2013 on the division of the territory of the municipality of Kraków into sectors in order to organise the collection of municipal waste from property owners and to designate separate municipal waste collection points, i.e.:
— part 1 (Agenda 1) covers the area of districts I, II, III, XIV,
— part 2 (Agenda 2) covers the area of districts VIII, IX, X,
— part 3 (Agenda 3) covers the area of districts XI, XII, XIII;
— part 4 (Agenda 4) covers the area of districts XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII.
