Description

Zakup (dostawa) produktów leczniczych - 413 pakietów. Zamawiający zastosuje procedurę, o której mowa w art. 24aa ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. Zamawiający może w postępowaniu prowadzonym w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, najpierw dokonać oceny ofert, a następnie zbadać, czy wykonawca, którego oferta została oceniona jako najkorzystniejsza, nie podlega wykluczeniu oraz spełnia warunki udziału w postępowaniu, o ile taka możliwość została przewidziana w Specyfikacji Istotnych Warunków Zamówienia lub w ogłoszeniu o zamówieniu. Wykonawca składa oświadczenie, że nie podlega wykluczeniu na podstawie art. 24 ust. 1 i 5 w dokumencie JEDZ elektronicznie.
