Description

The form of the contract is a total contract for a total price. The contract area is located in the Rekola district of the city of Vantaa. The construction project includes the construction of Laurintie street and water supply between Kasperinpolku and Hanabölentie. The section to be built between Kasperinpolku-Rekolantie is about 290 m and Rekolantie-Hanabölentie is about 830 m. In the west Laurintie is bordered by the railway and in the east by Hanabölentie. Laurintie is a collector's street with several cross streets. There are car and bus traffic on the street, as well as traffic to local businesses. Laurintie is a street that will be renovated and the water supply lines will be renewed by an open excavation and the land connections will be renewed all the way to the border of the street area. All water supply lines will be owned by HSY. The current sewers and water pipes are located north of Laurintie. New sewers and water pipes will be built south of Laurintie. All existing plot lines are connected to new sewers and aqueducts.
