The subject of the contract is the supply of an instrument for optical characterisation of thin sensory layers – a spectral ellipsometer working in the VIS-NIR spectral field. The acquired instrument must form a comprehensive and functional system that ensures the possibility to measure not only thin sensor layers, but also optical phenomena. The assembly shall consist of ellipsometric units (light source with polarizing elements and detection unit with polarizing elements), power supply, evaluation unit, PC assembly, software and base with motorized goniometer. The subject of performance also includes transport to the place of performance, installation of the instrument, calibration of the instrument and training of the operator in the range of at least 8 hours.
