Przedmiotem zamówienia jest :Odbiór transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Budzów Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na odbieraniu odpadów komunalnych stałych i zmieszanych oraz odpadów segregowanych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których znajdują się domki letniskowe, lub innej nieruchomości wykorzystywanej na cele rekreacyjno- wypoczynkowe z terenu Gminy Budzów oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych PSZOK i zagospodarowanie odebranych odpadów tj. odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania.Zagospodarowanie odpadów tj. odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie powinno być zgodne z obowiązującymi przepisami. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ
