Description

The city of Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm is planning the construction of a modern fire station in order to meet the increased requirements for fire and disaster protection. The existing building is no longer sufficient in terms of space, technology and working conditions. The new building is intended to ensure long-term operational capability, improve working conditions and strengthen cooperation between full-time and volunteer forces.----The new Pfaffenhofen fire station a.d. Ilm is being built as a future-proof, high-performance operational and logistics centre. It offers space for 14 emergency vehicles, modern workshops, a full-fledged emergency center as well as social and rest rooms for main and volunteer forces. The building is designed for 24/7 operation and creates optimal conditions for rapid assistance, training and operational readiness.
