La présente consultation concerne l'approvisionnement en fuel domestique de la Communauté d'agglomération de Vesoul (CAV), et de la Commune de Vesoul. Les présentes prestations sont passées sous la forme d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du code de la commande publique. l'Accord-cadre sans minimum ni maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Il fixe les conditions d'exécution des prestations et s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande.
