ИЗБОР НА ДОСТАВЧИК НА НЕТНА АКТИВНА ЕЛЕКТРИЧЕСКА ЕНЕРГИЯ НА НИВО СРЕДНО И НИСКО НАПРЕЖЕНИЕ ОТ КООРДИНАТОР НА СТАНДАРТНА БАЛАНСИРАЩА ГРУПА, ПЪЛНО АДМИНИСТРИРАНЕ НА ИНФОРМАЦИОННИЯ ПОТОК С ECO И ПОЕМАНЕ НА РАЗХОДИТЕ ЗА НЕБАЛАНСИ НА ОБЕКТИ В ОБЩИНА ЧЕРВЕН БРЯГ.
Доставчикът на електрическа енергия и координатор на балансираща група доставя за обектите на община Червен бряг за срок от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, считано от датата на регистрация на първата доставка, нетна активна електрическа енергия средно и ниско напрежение. Прогнозното количество електрическа енергия за 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца е приблизително 3 600 MWh ± 20 % нетна активна електрическа енергия. В качеството на „координатор на балансираща група" Изпълнителят следва да поеме отговорността за балансиране, да включи Възложителя в пазара на балансираща енергия като участник (непряк член) в стандартна балансираща група, без Възложителя да заплаща такса за участие.
