Description

The contracting authority organises an award procedure, following completion of which it intends to award a works contract, with the object of ‘Restoring the consolidation and endowment of the Ionita Asan High School’, in accordance with the specifications in the technical documentation. In addition to the execution of works, the contractor will provide the technological and functional machinery and equipment (including their assembly), as well as the necessary equipment, set out in the technical project. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is until the 9th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
